About Us:
Envirotech LLC is a precision CNC machining company specializing in high-quality components for the aerospace, defense, medical, entertainment, and other demanding industries. Our work requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and technical expertise.

We are looking for experienced CNC Machinists with a minimum of 10 years of machining experience to join our team. We are specifically seeking skilled CNC Mill Machinists and CNC Lathe Machinists who can independently set up and run precision work and take pride in producing quality parts.

Position Overview:
As a CNC Machinist at Envirotech, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture complex, close-tolerance components from a variety of materials.

The ideal candidate is an experienced machinist who can confidently take a job from print review and setup through inspection and completion, while recognizing and resolving machining issues along the way.

This is a hands-on position for someone who understands machining beyond simply operating a machine.

Responsibilities:

Independently set up and operate CNC mills and/or CNC lathes.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and job documentation.
Review part requirements and determine appropriate tooling, workholding, and machining methods.
Load tools, set work and tool offsets, and make necessary program adjustments.
Perform in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
Make tool and offset adjustments to maintain dimensional requirements and part quality.
Identify and troubleshoot machining, tooling, fixturing, and dimensional issues.
Recognize potential problems before they result in scrap or rework.
Work closely with CNC programmers, quality personnel, and other machinists to resolve issues and improve processes.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established quality procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of professional CNC machining experience.
Strong experience setting up and operating CNC mills and/or CNC lathes.
Ability to independently set up jobs with minimal supervision.
Strong understanding of cutting tools, feeds and speeds, workholding, and machining processes.
Proficiency with precision measurement equipment and inspection techniques.
Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
Strong understanding of machining materials and how they affect tooling and machining processes.
Ability to troubleshoot machining problems and make appropriate adjustments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.

Schedule:

Full-time
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (Flexible. Tues-Fri or Mon-Fri also available)
