Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho is looking for an experienced nurse to join our team in our award-winning Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit!

This position will belocated at ourRegional Medical Center off I-184 and Curtis Rd.

Whythis role is for you:  
As a nurse in our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will provide the highest level of care for premature and critically ill babies.
With 32 beds and 2 transition rooms, we provide 24-hour comprehensive specialty care for preemies as well as the sickest of full-term infants. Features of our NICU include a pinwheel design which providesdesignated areas for each family; overnight transition rooms; and family areas that include eating space; lockers; and a playroom for siblings.

In this role, you will work alongside neonatologists, respiratory therapists, social workers, occupational therapists, dietitians, pharmacists, lactation consultants, infection controlspecialists, and chaplains. Through our specially developed programs, our NICU length-of-stay, and complication rates are significantly lower than the national average. We provide individualized care based on medical and developmental needs.

About You:       

You currently hold an Idaho or multistate RN license 
If you have a multistate license you would need toestablish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 6 months of hire 
You have 1 year of experience (preferred)
You have your Basic Life Support 
You are willing to obtain yourNRP within 6 months of hire date andSTABLE certification within 1 year of hire date
