Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Title Officer Associate with a minimum of three years of relevant industry experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and processing real estate titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate law, research skills, and proficiency in title processing and GIS technologies. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where attention to detail and legal expertise are paramount.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough research on property titles, including reviewing public records, legal documents, and GIS data to verify ownership and encumbrances.
Prepare, review, and process title documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with law offices, title companies, and clients to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
Maintain detailed records of title searches, filings, and correspondence for audit purposes.
Assist in resolving title discrepancies or issues that arise during the processing phase.
Utilize GIS tools to analyze property boundaries and geographic data relevant to title work.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Stay updated on changes in real estate law and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of experience in title processing or related real estate law roles.
Strong knowledge of real estate law, research methodologies, and title processing procedures.
Experience working with GIS software is preferred.
Excellent research skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a law office or similar environment.
Exceptional customer service skills with professional communication abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. This position is integral to maintaining the integrity of our real estate transactions while providing top-tier service to clients and partners alike.
