Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Cook to lead our culinary and hospitality operations with energy, expertise, and a passion for excellence. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all kitchen and food service teams, including chefs, cooks, bartenders, and support staff, ensuring smooth shift management and high performance.
Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to deliver fine dining experiences that meet brand standards.
Manage inventory control, food ordering, and cost control measures to optimize food production efficiency while minimizing waste.
Enforce strict food safety sanitizing procedures and hygiene standards in compliance with local health regulations.
Coordinate catering events and banquet functions, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service.
Monitor food handling practices and ensure adherence to all food industry safety protocols.
Develop training programs to enhance team skills in culinary techniques, customer service, and hospitality excellence.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting with a focus on fine dining or catering environments.
Demonstrated expertise in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management within the food industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
Knowledge of inventory management systems, cost control strategies, and food safety sanitizing procedures.
Hands-on experience in cooking, food preparation, and serving within restaurant or catering operations.
Familiarity with managing shifts, overseeing food handling practices, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service.
