Server / Bartender – Luxury Fine Dining

Location: Idaho Falls, IdahoPosition: Part-Time Evening ServiceCompensation: Competitive hourly wage plus exceptional gratuity potential.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join an intimate, reservation-only fine dining restaurant committed to delivering one of the highest levels of service in the region.

This is not a typical serving position.

We believe service should be polished without being pretentious, knowledgeable without being rehearsed, and genuine in every interaction. Every member of our front-of-house team is expected to anticipate guest needs, master every aspect of the menu, and deliver an experience worthy of the world’s finest dining rooms.

Responsibilities

Deliver warm, confident, and professional service from greeting through farewell.
Master every menu item, ingredient, preparation, and presentation.
Guide guests through food and beverage selections with confidence.
Present premium steaks, seafood, wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails with accuracy and enthusiasm.
Perform polished tableside service when appropriate.
Prepare classic and house cocktails to established standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and service station.
Work seamlessly with the culinary team to ensure precise timing and flawless execution.
Anticipate guest needs before they are expressed.
Handle special requests and guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain detailed knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage offerings.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality throughout every shift.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

Previous upscale, fine dining, or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
Bartending experience or a willingness to become highly proficient.
Strong wine, cocktail, and spirits knowledge—or a genuine desire to learn.
Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
A calm, composed demeanor under pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
A team-first attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
