DESCRIPTION
Protect the CEO's time and keep every company's follow through moving: calendar accurate, inbox handled, meetings prepped, and every commitment out of a meeting tracked to done, so the CEO spends his hours on the few things only he can do.

What you'll be measured on (top performers hit these):

Calendar and inbox command: the CEO's calendar is accurate a week out with zero double bookings and every meeting confirmed; the inbox is triaged daily and nothing urgent waits past the same business day
Follow through tracking: every commitment that comes out of a meeting is logged with an owner and a due date; 95% or more close on time or get flagged before they slip
Meeting preparation: agenda and a one page background packet in the CEO's hands before every external meeting, without being asked
Communication gatekeeping: calls and messages screened, routed, or handled outright; drafts written at ready to send quality
Travel and logistics: trips booked end to end with a clean itinerary; zero missed reservations or connections on our side
Discretion: financial, legal, and personnel material handled with zero leaks, every time

What the day looks like: running the morning calendar sweep, clearing the inbox to zero, chasing three companies' worth of open commitments, prepping the afternoon's meeting packet, and drafting the replies that only need a signature. You are the operating system behind the CEO.
