Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on product design, testing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Drive new product development from concept and prototyping through validation, manufacturing, and market launch.
Oversee the design and development of linear motion products, automation systems, and customized OEM solutions.
Partner with manufacturing, sales, quality, and leadership to align engineering projects with company and customer needs.
Improve product performance, reliability, manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency.
Guide the adoption of new technologies, automation, equipment, and engineering tools.
Manage engineering project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Ensure designs and processes meet applicable quality, safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Present engineering plans, project updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership.
