About the Role:

The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales department by ensuring seamless communication and coordination between sales teams, clients, and management. This position is responsible for managing sales orders, tracking sales activities, and facilitating efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Coordinator acts as a liaison to streamline processes, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate sales records. By working closely with outside sales representatives and internal teams, the coordinator helps drive sales performance and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall success of the sales function within a management company by enabling effective sales operations and supporting strategic sales initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Outlook.
Strong multitasking abilities and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to support sales team needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with sales accounting and order management systems.
Familiarity with outside sales processes and client relationship management.
Background in management of companies and enterprises industry.
Additional training or certification in sales or business administration.
Demonstrated ability to use CRM software effectively.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team to meet organizational goals.
Manage and process sales orders accurately and timely using appropriate software tools.
Communicate effectively with outside sales representatives, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and documentation to support sales accounting and forecasting.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing urgent requests and deadlines.

Skills:

The required skills such as multitasking and proficiency with Microsoft Office products are essential for managing multiple sales orders and maintaining accurate records daily. Strong communication skills enable the Sales Coordinator to liaise effectively between outside sales teams and internal departments, ensuring alignment and timely information flow.
