Front Desk Administrator – Concierge Dental Practice
Michael C. Byars, DDS

Michael C. Byars, DDS is seeking an exceptional Business Administrator to join our highly personalized, patient-focused dental practice. We are a relationship-driven office committed to delivering an elevated dental experience through outstanding service, attention to detail, and genuine patient care.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a professional, supportive, and growth-oriented team in a modern, high-end practice environment.

Position Highlights

4-day work week with some alternating Fridays
Positive, patient-centered culture
High-touch, concierge-level patient care

We are looking for someone who is warm, polished, organized, and naturally service-oriented — someone who thrives on creating an exceptional experience for every patient from the moment they walk through our doors.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Professional phone etiquette and strong follow-up abilities
Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
A positive, team-oriented attitude
An innate desire to put patients first
Dentrix experience is a plus

Responsibilities Include:

Welcoming and checking patients in and out
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Answering patient calls with professionalism and warmth
Managing over-the-counter collections
Gathering new patient demographics and insurance information
Supporting insurance verification processes
Helping ensure a seamless, exceptional patient experience
Collaborate with specialist offices to provided extended or shared treatment options for our patients
Respond timely with patients within our communication platform, Weave
Occasional treatment planning and presentation

We are searching for someone who takes pride in their work, values meaningful patient relationships, and wants to be part of a practice that prioritizes excellence in every interaction.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
