Key Responsibilities

Learn and execute recruiting strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Source talent through networking, referrals, online research, and recruiting platforms.
Conduct candidate interviews to assess experience, skills, career goals, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain relationships with professionals across a variety of industries.
Develop expertise within a specialized market and stay informed on industry trends.
Present qualified candidates and assist clients throughout the hiring process.
Utilize recruiting technology and CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines and activity.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
Internship, work, leadership, athletics, customer service, sales, or campus involvement experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with professionals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in recruiting and executive search.
Comfortable working onsite in our office in Solon, OH.
