Full Job Description

Description

Penn Mechanical Group, Inc. (PMG) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Operations, Project Management, and Accounts Payable teams. Ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. This is an in-person, non-remote position that reports to PMG’s corporate office in Indiana, PA.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Collect and enter weekly payroll hours for assigned departments.

· Collect, organize, and submit weekly expense reports.

· Assist Project Coordinator(s) and Project Manager(s) with document management, data entry, submittals, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

· Procure hotel accommodation for traveling workforce as needed.

· Assist Accounts Payable department with scanning, filing, and other administrative duties as assigned.

· Other administrative and data entry duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

· Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass Background Check.

· Ability to pass drug test.

· Strong interpersonal and electronic communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

· Self-motivated, works without direct supervision.

· Ability to work in a team environment and possess a positive attitude.

· Conduct themselves professionally.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

· Position requires 100% office time.

· Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

· Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel.

· Constant use of hands and fingers to type.

· Must be able to see and read PC screens.

· Must be able to lift and/or maneuver items weighing up to 25 lbs.

· Must be willing to work as part of a team.

Schedule/Salary/Benefits

Full-Time (40 Hours), Monday through Friday.
