Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Sandwich Artist, where your enthusiasm and culinary skills will create delicious, fresh sandwiches that delight our customers! Your role is vital in preparing high-quality food, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner, taking their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accuracy with retail math and basic math skills.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, food prep areas, and dining spaces following food safety regulations.
Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restaurant environment.
Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and proper storage to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests.

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation or a quick service & fast food restaurant is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
Experience in customer service roles within the food industry or retail environments will help you succeed.
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques is highly valued.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
Basic math skills for cash handling, grocery store operations, or retail math are beneficial.
