Previous experience in healthcare or eye care is a bonus—but it isn't required.

What You'll Do

Welcome every patient with warmth, kindness, and professionalism.
Answer incoming calls with confidence while creating an exceptional patient experience.
Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments while maximizing efficiency.
Help keep our doctors' schedules organized and running on time.
Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with questions.
Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate documentation.
Assist with opening and closing office procedures.
Work closely with every department to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Cross-train throughout the practice to expand your skills and grow professionally.
