Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager
We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager who can turn creative ideas, paid campaigns, and audience insights into measurable results.
This role sits at the intersection of content creator, paid media manager, marketing strategist, and performance analyst. You will personally shoot and edit videos, publish content, run advertising campaigns, manage budgets, monitor performance, and explain what the data means.
Everything we market has a business objective. That may be selling movie tickets, generating leasing leads, attracting event rentals, increasing donations, filling community programs, recruiting flea market vendors, driving shoppers to a property, or strengthening our corporate reputation.
If you love creating content but do not want to work with budgets and data, this is not the right role. If you enjoy analytics but expect someone else to shoot the video, write the copy, or publish the campaign, this is also not the right role.
We need someone who can do both.
The Opportunity
You will lead performance marketing across a diverse portfolio of businesses and community-focused organizations, including:
- A corporate brand focused on attracting employees, partners, investors, and business opportunities through LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- Commercial real estate and future multifamily projects requiring sales-focused listings, lead generation, leasing campaigns, and property storytelling
- A community center focused on program participation, community awareness, fundraising, donations, partnerships, and selective event rentals
- A multicultural flea market that must attract shoppers from many nationalities while also recruiting and retaining local vendors
- Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, where marketing supports movie ticket sales, private events, food and beverage revenue, and the distinctive personality of our theater, bar, and lounge
Each brand has a different audience, voice, and revenue model. You must be able to move between them without making every campaign look or sound the same.
What You Will OwnContent Creation and Social Media

- Personally capture photo and video content at properties, businesses, programs, and live events
- Create and edit reels, short-form videos, stories, and other digital content

- Write engaging, brand-appropriate copy and calls to action
- Build and manage content calendars across multiple brands
- Publish content consistently and respond to real-time opportunities
- Support occasional evening and weekend events when live content is needed
Paid Media and Campaign Management
- Independently build, launch, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Develop campaign budgets based on objectives, audiences, and expected returns
- Manage geo-targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and audience segmentation
- Monitor campaigns closely and reallocate spending when performance is weak
- Test creative, messaging, audiences, placements, and offers
- Connect paid campaigns to meaningful outcomes, not simply impressions or engagement
Analytics, ROI, and Reporting
- Create and maintain clear marketing dashboards
- Track metrics such as ROAS, CPA, cost per lead, CTR, conversions, engagement, reach, list growth, ticket sales, leasing inquiries, event leads, donations, and program registrations
- Identify what is working, what is not working, and what should change
- Make data-driven recommendations about budgets, audiences, platforms, and creative
- Present concise performance updates and actionable insights to leadership
- Establish tracking systems that connect marketing activity to revenue whenever possible
Email Marketing and CRM
- Support email marketing, audience segmentation, automations, and campaign development
- Help grow and strengthen contact lists across multiple brands
- Use CRM and email performance data to improve engagement and conversions
- Coordinate messaging across social media, paid campaigns, email, and on-site activations
