Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Duties

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, service, and staff supervision to ensure smooth daily functioning
Lead and motivate a diverse team of food service professionals, including cooks, servers, bartenders, and support staff
Oversee food preparation and food handling processes to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene
Implement and monitor food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and company policies
Coordinate shift management activities, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient workflow during busy hours
Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
Supervise inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability
Organize catering events or banquet services as needed to enhance the restaurant’s offerings and reputation

Skills

Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in restaurant or hospitality management roles
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a collaborative environment
Extensive knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and food preparation best practices
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
Familiarity with food safety standards, dietary requirements, and kitchen management procedures
Experience in shift management, kitchen operations, and supervising food handling activities
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of culinary practices related to catering, banquet services, or special dietary departments is a plus
Background in hospitality management with experience in managing restaurant experience or food service management roles such as barista or coffee shop experience is advantageous
