As demand continues to grow, we're looking for an exceptional plastic surgeon who wants to build a thriving aesthetic practice without the burden of building the business.

The Opportunity

We're looking for more than an exceptional surgeon, we're looking for someone who wants to become the face of a rapidly growing aesthetic practice.

This is an opportunity to step into an established, high-volume surgical practice with an existing patient pipeline, experienced clinical team, and sophisticated business infrastructure already in place.

You'll spend your time doing surgery, consulting with patients, refining your craft, and growing your reputation not worrying about marketing campaigns, payroll, staffing, billing, or operational headaches.

Our team handles the business so you can focus on changing lives.

What You'll Own

Perform aesthetic surgical procedures including:

Breast augmentation
Breast lift and revision surgery
Mommy Makeovers
Liposuction
Abdominoplasty
Body contouring
Facial rejuvenation procedures
Body rejuvenation surgeries

You'll own each patient's surgical journey from consultation through postoperative care with a relentless commitment to safety and outstanding outcomes.

Patient Experience

Build lasting patient relationships through:

Personalized consultations
Thoughtful surgical planning
Honest recommendations
Exceptional bedside manner
Long-term postoperative care

You'll become a trusted advisor during one of the most meaningful decisions in a patient's life.

Practice Growth

Partner with our leadership and marketing teams to continue growing one of the region's premier aesthetic practices.

This includes:

Building your personal reputation
Supporting educational content
Participating in patient success stories
Collaborating on practice growth initiatives
Helping expand NewSkin's surgical offerings

Clinical Leadership

Work alongside experienced nurses, surgical technicians, patient coordinators, and providers in a collaborative environment where excellence is the standard.

You'll help shape clinical best practices while mentoring and supporting your team.

What We're Looking For

Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon
Expertise in breast surgery, body contouring, facial aesthetics, and full-body rejuvenation
Passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes
Excellent consultation and communication skills
Collaborative team player who enjoys working in a high-performance culture
Desire to build a long-term aesthetic practice
Washington medical license (or ability to obtain)
