Job Overview

NutraInno USA Inc. is a U.S.-based distributor of nutritional, dietary supplement, and food ingredients. As the U.S. subsidiary of an international ingredient manufacturer and supplier, NutraInno USA supports customers throughout the United States with quality ingredients, responsive service, and reliable supply-chain solutions.

As our U.S. business continues to grow, we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative & Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day office administration, accounting coordination, financial reporting, and corporate support activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and risk management, with a passion for fostering organizational growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, expenses, and financial records.
Prepare monthly financial reports, cash-flow updates, and account reconciliations.
Coordinate payroll, employee expense reimbursements, and benefit administration.
Work with external accountants on tax filings, month-end closing, and year-end closing.
Monitor customer payments and overdue accounts.
Manage office administration, supplies, insurance, contracts, licenses, and service providers.
Maintain employee, financial, and corporate records.
Support employee onboarding, PTO records, and other HR administrative tasks.
Coordinate financial and administrative matters with the company’s headquarters in China.
Assist the President with reports, documents, and special projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant accounting, finance, or office administration experience.
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft 365.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage confidential information.
Professional working proficiency in English is required.
Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred.
Experience in distribution, food ingredients, dietary supplements, importing, or an international company is preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
