Job Title: Weekend Caregiver / Nursing Assistant (CNA / HHA / DSP) | Every Other Weekend

Location: Elmore Assisted Living | Elmore, Minnesota

Schedule: Part-Time | Every Other Weekend | Evening & Overnight Shifts Available

Compensation: $18.00-$22.00/hour based on experience

Shift Differentials: +$1.00/hour Evenings | +$1.75/hour Overnights | +$1.00/hour Weekends

This is a part-time opportunity with evening and overnight shifts available.

You'll receive:

$18.00-$22.00/hour based on experience.
+$1.00/hour Weekend Differential.
+$1.00/hour Evening Differential.
+$1.75/hour Overnight Differential.
Annual Bonus Eligibility.
Every-other-weekend scheduling.

What You'll Do

Depending on your shift, you'll help residents with:

Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transfers, and mobility.
Evening, bedtime, or overnight routines.
Maintaining independence while receiving the assistance they need.
Companionship and emotional support.
Assisted Living and Memory Care needs.
Following individualized resident care plans.
Observing changes in condition and communicating concerns to nursing staff.
Maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Working alongside nurses, caregivers, and community leadership.
