What You’ll Actually Do:

Bring our CNA curriculum to life through engaging, hands-on clinical instruction and lively classroom discussions.
Evaluate Competency and Progress: Conduct objective, comprehensive evaluations of students’ clinical skills and theoretical knowledge, providing constructive feedback to guide their growth.
Mentor: Serve as a professional role model, fostering critical thinking, empathy, and clinical confidence in your students.
Document: Seamlessly record grades, test scores, and clinical competency checklists

What We’re Looking For:

Active Credentials: A current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa.
Clinical Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with 1 full year in long-term care (per state regulatory guidelines).
An Evaluative Mindset: Exceptional observational skills and the ability to objectively assess, grade, and provide constructive feedback on student clinical competencies.
Professional Leadership: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrable passion for mentoring entry-level healthcare professionals.

Pay: $45/hr

Required Qualifications

RN with 2-years minimum work experience AND 2-year in long-term care is a MUST!!!!
BLS, current TB, physical within the last year, current RN license in Iowa.
