Full Job Description

We are a small, dynamic insurance agency in Orange County and pride ourselves in providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in performing general administrative/customer service duties to join our growing team.

As a Client Support Representative (Admin Assistant) you must possess self-initiative and self-awareness with the ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks under daily deadlines within a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Duties include (but not limited to):

Maintaining client files in good order and process routine correspondences between our agency and the client
Answering client inquiries by phone and email
Performing data entry with accuracy and efficiency
Processing policy change requests and payments
Helping initiate claims
Supporting producers in all aspects of service in a fast-paced environment
Supporting teammates with follow-up calls on clients and prospects
Providing personalized customer service and solidifying relationships with our valued clients

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles
Insurance Producer License a plus
Must be willing to obtain an insurance license
Self-starter with the ability to learn fast and work independently as well as within a team
Ability to adapt to change with ease when projects change at a moment’s notice
PC Literacy: MS Word, Excel and Outlook, Minimum typing 45 WPM
Ability to multi-task, balance multiple assignments and manage time effectively
Proofreading skills with strong attention to details
Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and a team player
Good work ethics
Comfortable working with a wide variety of professionals

Location:

· In-person

· We are close to the Irvine Spectrum and very close to the 5, 405 and Irvine train station.
