Full Job Description

We are a small, dynamic insurance agency in Orange County and pride ourselves in providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in performing sales and producer duties to join our growing team.

As a Insurance Sales Agent you must possess self-initiative and self-awareness with the ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks under daily deadlines within a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Duties include (but not limited to):

Generate and qualify warm leads weekly through cold calls, networking events, and referrals to build a pipeline of auto, home, and life prospects.
Conduct needs-based consultations with clients, quoting and closing policies in Year 1 while maintaining an high close rate under agency owner mentorship.
Deliver exceptional customer service by reviewing coverage, processing endorsements, and resolving claims questions to drive client retention.
Track daily KPIs (calls, appointments, quotes issued) in CRM to hit monthly production targets.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles
At least 1 year of experience in sales and producer roles
Must hold at least 1 active California Property Broker-Agent, Casualty Broker-Agent, Life Agent, or Accident & Health Agent license
Self-starter with the ability to learn fast and work independently as well as within a team
Ability to adapt to change with ease when projects change at a moment’s notice
PC Literacy: MS Word, Excel and Outlook, Minimum typing 45 WPM
Ability to multi-task, balance multiple assignments and manage time effectively
Proofreading skills with strong attention to details
Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and a team player
Comfortable working with a wide variety of professionals

Location:

· In-person

· We are close to the Irvine Spectrum and very close to the 5, 405 and Irvine train station.
