About the Position:

Mailroom Admin - In-office position in Irvine, CA

Monday-Friday 7:00am to 4:00 pm
Job Type: Full time
Hourly Range: $19-$21

Performs shipping, receiving, and facility duties. In addition to the expectation that you adhere to the department's attendance policy, duties include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Handle the retrieving, sorting and distribution of the daily mail and overnight packages to all Company departments.
Computer skills to include knowledge of Windows, E-Mail, and Microsoft Office.
High proficiency in keyboarding and 10-key by touch.
Able to juggle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Handle the preparation of outgoing mail and overnight packages.
Distribute office supplies.
Maintain the storage areas, break rooms and copiers with paper.
Handle the recycling area.
Identify and report areas in need of repair(s).
Preform minor repairs on leasehold fixtures, equipment and furniture.
Ability to build and install office furniture.
Ability to work independently.
Maintains a high degree of confidentiality with all information handled.
Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times. Displays a willingness to take direction, works cooperatively with management and co-workers while projecting a positive demeanor

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift and move a minimum of 50lbs
