About Aria Group: Aria Group is a leading provider of comprehensive design, engineering, and manufacturing solutions for the Automotive, Aerospace, and other related industries. Our portfolio includes complex projects for top brands in the automotive industry.

Position Overview: Aria Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive multiple projects of varying complexities and resources. The role involves collaborating with executives, engineering and design teams, manufacturing teams, and customers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Monitor project progress and communicate schedule changes, risks, and critical updates with clients and internal departments. 

· Coordinate communication across departments to ensure alignment of project objectives, schedules, priorities, and deliverables. 

· Develop, track, and update project timelines and budgets.

· Communicate effectively with customers and key stakeholders.

· Generate and provide all required documentation to ensure precise monitoring of assigned projects.

· Maintain project Bills of Materials (BOMs) and monitor parts sourcing, procurement activities, and requisition processes. 

· Understand the project’s Scope of Work (SOW) and ensure expectations are aligned between customers and internal teams.

· Work closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure project completion.

· Submit regular project status and completion reports.

· Organize and manage Purchase Orders (POs), project documentation, and related records to support efficient project execution.

· Coordinate Engineering Change Notice (ECNs), drawing revisions, and document control activities. 

· Adhere to and improve project management processes.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 to 5 years of project management experience.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

· Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and communication.

· Strong organizational and process-oriented skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· High energy, self-starter with strong team collaboration skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required; familiarity with MS Project is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

· Engineering or automotive background is a plus, but not required.
