Full Job Description

Join the Texas team of Premier Property Management Group and help provide
management services on over 3,500 properties across Texas (Dallas/Ft
Worth-Houston-San Antonio), Arkansas, Oklahoma and Tulsa.

Collections:

THE MAIN THING: this position is accountable for producing the following result:
1. Collect every dollar possible for the owner
2. Hold residents accountable to the lease agreement
3. Protect the owner’s investment through quick action on problem residents

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Drive collection performance to meet company goals
2. Meet and exceed team metrics and performance
3. Make rent collection calls daily and follow-up as needed to achieve payment success
4. Create a sense of urgency in communication that encourages residents to pay rent and late fees
5. Log notes on every call or conversation related to collections
6. Send Notice-to-Vacate letters timely to delinquent residents
7. File all evictions in accordance with state and local laws and attend court when
needed
8. Follow-up on returned payments and bad accounts
9. Gather proper documentation for court cases and send to the appropriate parties, e.g. internal and external counsel, leadership team.
10. Report on KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
11. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
12. Participates in special projects as needed
13. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

Strong and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Possess a strong passion for customer service and success to achieve goals
Must be able to multi-task
Be Proficient in Software programs, i.e. Word, Excel, and knowledge of MAC IOS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
