Full Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager with a strong understanding of digital retail platforms and floral design. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering an exceptional online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with division teams.
Conduct store-level training on online ordering processes and customer interaction standards
Manage new item setup and ongoing product maintenance across e-commerce platforms
Monitor and optimize the online user and consumer experience, providing ongoing improvement ideas
Prepare and deliver weekly sales performance reports
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, with strong emphasis on Excel and Word
Support holiday operations in-store when required (Christmas excluded)
Travel within the region and occasionally within the U.S. as needed

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in E-comm management
Minimum 1 year of experience in floral design
Minimum 1 year experience with retail wire service, ideally with FTD, 1-800-Flowers, and DoorDash platforms

Strong editing and proofreading skills
Solid mathematical skills with intermediate Excel proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
