Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant who is equally comfortable assisting with patient care and managing the front desk. The ideal candidate has experience administering GLP-1 injections, assisting with IV therapy, performing phlebotomy, selling wellness services, and using Zenoti CRM to manage appointments and patient records.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, thrives in a fast-paced wellness environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
Administer wellness injections including GLP-1 medications, B12, Lipotropic, MICC, Skinny Shots, and other provider-approved injections
Assist providers and nurses during IV therapy and medical procedures
Obtain and document patient vital signs
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical cleanliness
Maintain accurate patient documentation and EMR records
Assist with laboratory operations and specimen processing
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and clinic protocols

Front Desk & Administrative Responsibilities

Welcome patients and provide an exceptional customer experience
Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
Manage patient check-in and check-out
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Utilize Zenoti CRM for scheduling, charting, memberships, packages, inventory, and client communication
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, text messages, and lead follow-up
Verify documentation and maintain organized patient records

Sales & Client Experience

Educate clients on Lindora's services and treatment options
Recommend memberships, IV therapy packages, wellness injections, GLP-1 programs, Zerona body contouring, HRT, supplements, and retail products
Meet individual and team sales goals
Build long-term relationships that encourage retention and referrals
Support community events, promotions, and studio marketing initiatives

Inventory & Operations

Monitor medical and retail inventory levels
Receive and organize supplies
Assist with ordering inventory as needed
Ensure the studio maintains a clean, organized, and professional appearance

Qualifications Required

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA)
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
Phlebotomy experience
Experience administering injections
Experience assisting with IV therapy
Strong customer service and communication skills
Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred

Experience in medical weight loss, med spa, endocrinology, family practice, wellness clinic, hormone replacement therapy, or primary care
Experience with Zenoti CRM
Experience with GLP-1 medications including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide
Retail or medical sales experience
Knowledge of insurance verification is a plus
