Director of Investor Relations & Capital Markets
Massimo Group (NASDAQ: MAMO)
Location: Garland / Dallas, Texas
Position: Full-Time | Executive-Level Investor Relations & Capital Markets Role
Position Overview
Massimo Group is seeking an experienced Director of Investor Relations & Capital Markets to lead the development and execution of our public-market strategy.
This is not simply a communications or investor-relations position. We are looking for a seasoned professional who understands how publicly traded companies build long-term shareholder value, increase institutional awareness, improve market engagement, develop analyst and banking relationships, and access capital markets responsibly.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the investor-facing side of MAMO, working closely with the CEO, Executive Chairman, CFO, outside counsel, investment banks, research analysts, brokers, institutional investors, retail investors, and other capital-markets partners.
While our operating leadership team remains focused on growing the underlying Massimo Group business, this individual will focus on ensuring the public company properly communicates that growth, develops strong capital-markets relationships, and builds a high-quality long-term shareholder base.
This role offers significant responsibility and substantial upside opportunity, including the potential for meaningful equity-based compensation tied to long-term performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall investor relations and capital-markets strategy for MAMO.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, investment banks, brokers, research analysts, wealth managers, and other market participants.
- Proactively identify and engage potential long-term shareholders.
- Coordinate outreach to investment banks and capital providers and help management evaluate financing and capital-raising opportunities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of public-company capital structures, equity financing, debt financing, institutional placements, and other capital-markets alternatives.
- Manage relationships with outside investor-relations, research, advisory, and capital-markets firms.
- Oversee investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, investor meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Develop relationships with research analysts and ensure they have timely access to accurate company information and management.
- Increase awareness of MAMO within the investment community through disciplined and compliant outreach.
- Manage and optimize press releases, investor presentations, earnings materials, shareholder communications, and other public-facing materials.
- Work with management and counsel to ensure investor communications remain consistent with SEC and Nasdaq requirements.
- Prepare management for earnings calls, investor meetings, shareholder meetings, conferences, and analyst discussions.
- Lead planning and execution of annual shareholder meetings and other shareholder-engagement initiatives.
- Monitor MAMO trading activity, liquidity, ownership trends, volume, institutional participation, and broader market sentiment.
- Develop strategies designed to broaden the shareholder base and increase long-term institutional and investor engagement.
- Closely monitor comparable public companies, industry leaders, competitors, market valuations, capital raises, investor messaging, and capital-allocation strategies.
- Provide management and the Board with regular intelligence regarding market perception, investor feedback, valuation trends, and capital-markets opportunities.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the distinction between operating-company performance and public-company market strategy while ensuring the two remain closely aligned.
- Help develop the long-term strategy for MAMO as a public company and act as a key partner to executive management in growing shareholder value.
What We Are Looking For
We are specifically looking for someone who has done this before.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Significant investor relations, investment banking, equity research, capital markets, corporate finance, or public-company experience.
- Experience working directly with multiple publicly traded companies preferred.
- Demonstrated relationships within the investment banking, institutional investment, brokerage, or research communities.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. public capital markets and how small- and mid-cap public companies successfully build investor awareness and institutional support.
- Practical experience with capital raising, including equity and/or debt transactions.
- Strong understanding of SEC reporting environments, Regulation FD, Nasdaq-listed companies, and public-company communications.
- Experience developing investor presentations, earnings materials, financial messaging, and corporate narratives.
- Ability to understand financial statements, valuation, market capitalization, capital structure, liquidity, trading volume, and shareholder composition.
- Strong understanding of how institutional investors and analysts evaluate public companies.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities rather than waiting for management to provide direction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism when representing the company to investors, banks, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic, judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
Strongly Preferred
- Previous Investor Relations leadership role at a Nasdaq or NYSE-listed company.
- Investment banking, equity research, institutional sales, or capital-markets background.
- Experience representing multiple public companies through an IR advisory firm, investment bank, or similar organization.
- Existing relationships with small-cap and mid-cap institutional investors.
- Experience expanding research coverage or developing new analyst relationships.
- Experience planning investor conferences and non-deal roadshows.
- Experience advising management teams on capital allocation and capital-market positioning.
- Experience helping companies improve institutional ownership, market liquidity, trading volume, and long-term shareholder engagement.
Performance Expectations
This position will be measured on more than simply issuing press releases or answering investor inquiries.
Success will include measurable progress in areas such as:
- Quality and growth of the long-term shareholder base.
- Institutional investor engagement.
- Investment-bank and capital-provider relationships.
- Analyst and research coverage.
- Investor conference participation and management meetings.

- Quality of investor feedback and market intelligence provided to management.
- Overall development of MAMO's reputation within the investment community.
The objective is not short-term stock promotion. We are looking to build a credible, sustainable capital-markets strategy around the long-term growth of the underlying business.
Compensation
Competitive executive-level base salary based on experience.
The compensation structure may also include:
- Annual performance-based cash incentives.
- Significant equity-based compensation opportunity for exceptional long-term performance.
- Additional incentives tied to clearly defined strategic objectives and shareholder-value creation.
We want the individual leading this function to think and operate like an owner.
