Born Industrial provides craft services such as: Scaffolding, Insulation, Coatings, Safety Attendants, CDL Bus Drivers, Equipment Operators, Flaggers, Helpers, Laborers, Safety Managers/Techs, Project Managers, Superintendents, General Foreman, Foreman, Timekeepers, Equipment Trackers, Turnstile Badging Clerks, Fuel & Water Truck Drivers, & more. Our projects are nation-wide and require targeted recruitment in states all over U.S.

Jobsite TRACK Timekeeper

We are looking for a site timekeeper with TRACK jobsite experience at our remote jobsite for a turnaround at the following address:

Jobsite: 1401 Douglas Rd, El Dorado, KS 67042

Travel will be required

Per Diem: $120 Per Diem (7 Days Per Diem)

Travel: 2x $450 Travel Amount

Hours: 5/10s & 7/12s

The purpose of this job is to manage, record, and reconcile field labor hours and headcounts during industrial plant shutdowns using specialized labor-tracking software like TRACK. This onsite role ensures precise cost reporting, smooth contractor timesheet validation, and error-free daily payroll data ingestion

Key Responsibilities

TRACK System Management: Input, monitor, and update daily headcounts, crew sizes, man-hours, and shift allocations using the TRACK software platform.
Timesheet Verification: Collect, review, and reconcile contractor or employee timesheets against gate logs and field reports to eliminate errors.
Cost & Labor Reporting: Generate daily manpower, overtime, exception hours, and productivity reports for project controls and invoice approvals.
Discrepancy Resolution: Partner with field supervisors, vendors, and corporate payroll to investigate missing punches, misallocated charge codes, or shift disputes.
Administrative Support: Assist with onboarding credentials, badge/gate tracking, per diem allocations, and safety compliance records on-site

Job Requirements & Skills

Experience: Minimum 2 years of timekeeping and data entry experience, preferably inside an industrial, refinery, or petrochemical turnaround environment.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with TRACK software, plus strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel and general office databases.
Core Competencies: Extreme attention to detail, strong numerical/reconciliation aptitude, and professional communication skills under high-pressure turnaround conditions.
Credentials: High school diploma; site-dependent requirements often include a valid TWIC card, safety training (OSHA/H2S), and background/drug testing.

2+ years of timekeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong Organizational Skills & Data Collecting Mentality
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
Strong Computer Skills in Email Communication, Formal HR Language, Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, Google Drive, & Adobe.
Pursuing Performance Growth and improve on a daily basis

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Preferred Microsoft Office Experience

Required:
