Kitchen Manager (Full-Time | Salaried Position)
Green Acres of Mason – Assisted Living Community
Mason, MI

We invite you to join a company that truly values both its employees and residents. Green Acres of Mason, an Assisted Living Community, is currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Kitchen Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering others to learn and grow while possessing excellent organizational and time management skills. We are seeking a motivated leader who enjoys working in a team environment and providing quality service to our residents.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Preparing and cooking meals for approximately 40 residents
Managing kitchen staff, including scheduling
Purchasing and ordering food and kitchen supplies
Preparing weekly menus
Ensuring compliance with federal and state health regulations
Maintaining proper food storage and food handling procedures
Promoting a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong organizational and time management skills
Leadership and team-building abilities
Previous kitchen management and food service experience preferred
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
