"You've mastered the store. Now take the next step." If you've built your career in wireless retail leading a floor, developing a team, and consistently hitting your numbers and you know the grind. This role is where that experience pays off in a bigger way. Blue Link Wireless, an authorized AT&T agent, is looking for an Events Sales Lead to own and grow a sales territory across Central Florida. More autonomy, more impact, more earning potential.

What You'll Actually Do

Work your territory apartments, condos, townhomes, and community events

Build real relationships with property managers and become their go-to person for resident connectivity

Host on-site table events and drive Fiber + Voice sales through face-to-face conversations

Prospect, network, and identify new opportunities to grow your pipeline

Be the main point of contact for properties in your territory, own it

Collaborate with Area Leaders and the Director of Sales, but run your day your way

The Comp

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission. The more you build, the more you make. This is a role for someone who wants to be rewarded for results not just hours.

You're Built for This If You Have...

✓ 3+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years leading a wireless retail location or multi-unit territory

✓ A track record of hitting and exceeding performance expectations

✓ AT&T product knowledge preferred, not required

✓ Bilingual skills in English/Spanish (highly valued)

✓ A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and an acceptable driving record

✓ HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus

Essential Functions

Travel is required for the majority of the workday, including commuting to properties for events, prospecting activities, and relationship management responsibilities.
Ability to spend extended periods of time commuting between locations.
Ability to report daily to a designated home office location within the assigned market when not meeting with clients.
Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to frequently use and handle technical equipment, including but not limited to tablets, desktop computers, laptops, and mobile phones.
Ability to regularly interact and communicate with others through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, telephone conversations, chat platforms, and virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and similar communication platforms.
