Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and menu development, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Your leadership will inspire creativity, foster teamwork, and uphold exceptional service standards across all food outlets. Duties

Lead and supervise the entire culinary team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, to ensure efficient kitchen operations and high-quality food production
Develop innovative menus that reflect current trends, dietary needs, and guest preferences while maintaining consistency and profitability
Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and compliance with health regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail in food presentation and service timing
Implement training programs to enhance team skills in food preparation, presentation, and customer service
Monitor shift operations to ensure smooth workflow, timely service delivery, and exceptional guest satisfaction

Experience

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
Extensive background in fine dining cuisine with a strong understanding of culinary techniques and presentation standards
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing diverse kitchen teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
Hands-on experience with menu planning, food production processes, and catering operations
Knowledge of inventory management systems and food safety regulations (such as HACCP)
Experience in banquet settings or large-scale event catering is highly desirable
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, manage shift schedules effectively, and handle multiple priorities under pressure
