JOB POSTING

Position Title: Bartender

Department: Food & Beverage

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full Time/Part Time

Locations: Casual & Fine Dining Locations – Tram Dock, Rendezvous Alpine Kitchen, Casper Restaurant, Piste Mountain Bistro, and Trapper's Restaurant

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service by meeting and exceeding guests' needs
Make drinks for customers
Maintain cleanliness of bar and restaurant
Assist other members of restaurant team
Complete all side work tasks including but not limited to stocking and cleaning
A firm understanding of high-volume restaurants
Able to identify menu items
Operate cash register and computers to record all transactions
Able to work well in a stressful and fast-paced work environment, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Heads up bartending mentality

Are you the right fit? Below are some traits an exemplary candidate possesses.

A basic knowledge of wine
Basic knowledge of menu items including preparation techniques, ingredients and liquor drinks
Attendance of all menus, service, and wine classes
Cash handling or register experience
Computer experience and/or willingness to learn
Ability to concentrate on tasks at hand
Able to function and multi-task in a face paced environment
Heavy lifting to 50 lbs.
