Overview
<PERSON> is seeking energetic and dedicated runners and support staff to join our vibrant team! This role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting food preparation, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. As a vital part of our team, you will help create a lively, efficient environment where guests feel welcomed and satisfied. Whether you're experienced in food service or eager to learn, this position offers a dynamic opportunity to grow within the food industry while contributing to a fast-paced, fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation, ensuring quality and safety standards are met at all times
Support front-of-house operations including serving customers, cashiering, and handling transactions using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including bussing tables and food handling stations
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Support the kitchen team with basic food prep tasks and food safety procedures
Manage cash handling accurately during sales and upselling opportunities to enhance revenue
Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements

Prior experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail food environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced shifts efficiently
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory counts
Commitment to food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Previous experience in café or grocery store environments is advantageous but not mandatory
