WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Case Manager/Career Specialist will provide direction to students in individual and group settings who have been identif ied as having a barrier or barriers to being successf ul in an academic
environment and transitioning successf ully f rom school to work.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

At a minimum the selected candidate must have a high school diploma or high school equivalency degree supplemented by a minimum of f ive (5) years of related experience.
