Now Hiring - F&I Manager

You will report to the General Manager for this onsite position.

We want you to work at one of the largest automotive retailers in the country located right here in Jacksonville

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I Manager) to join the team at Atlantic Coast Honda. You commit to delivering customer experience and maximizing dealership profitability.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a dealership Finance Manager REQUIRED
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with confidence, and a focus on resolution
Contribute positively to team projects and outcomes
Proficient in dealership software and computer systems
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated Annual Compensation: $200,000-$250,000

Compensation will vary based on experience, and performance.
