Qualifications and Detail about the Position

Summary:

Broad Function

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving proactive lead generation, building and maintaining a qualified pipeline, and supporting regional sales teams with actionable insights. This role performs data mining, prioritizing and validating data to identify high-value customer segments and performs the client outreach, developing client relationships and developing deep understanding of client's needs and helping to sales strategies with sales team. This role is regionally competitive with commission plan.

Essential Functions

Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
Utilize Salesforce and Industrial Info Resources (IIR) to define end market segmentations and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value customer segments.
Validate and maintain accurate market data to support strategic decision-making
Partner with the Business Intelligence team to analyze market trends and define high- potential market opportunities.
Share insights and recommendations to guide sales strategy development.
Drive proactive lead generation efforts through cold calling, targeted outreach, and email campaigns to expand the customer base.
Qualify leads and gather insights to identify opportunities for company products and services.
Assist in developing targeted sales strategies based on market intelligence and client feedback.
Provide warm and actionable insights to regional sales teams to support customer acquisition and account expansion.
Deliver data-driven recommendations to Sales Managers to enhance territory coverage and customer engagement strategies.
Analyze lead conversion data to refine outreach efforts and improve sales effectiveness.
Coordinate with Marketing to align campaigns with lead generation goals and maximize inbound opportunities.
Collaborate with sales leadership to assist in developing targeted sales strategies based on market intelligence and client feedback.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales progress in the CRM system, tracking metrics to measure success
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion, etc.
Analyze customer data to drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, increasing customer lifetime value.

Working Conditions

Working conditions include outdoor and indoor fields, yards and shop locations.
Working indoors in an office environment
Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessary.
Frequent travel as required

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
2+ years of experience in inside sales, market research or business development
Proven success in building pipelines, generating new customer opportunities, and supporting field sales teams

Experience working in industrial industry, preferred
