Full Job Description

Accelerated Tax Solutions is seeking a highly skilled licensed tax professional (Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Tax Attorney) with strong experience in IRS representation and tax resolution. This role is ideal for someone who is confident handling complex cases, communicating directly with the IRS, and delivering results for clients facing serious tax issues.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients before the IRS (Power of Attorney)
Handle full-cycle tax resolution cases, including:
Installment Agreements
Offers in Compromise
Currently Not Collectible (CNC)
Penalty Abatement
Communicate and negotiate directly with IRS Revenue Officers and ACS
Analyze financials and prepare 433-A / 433-B
Develop and execute resolution strategies
Review transcripts, identify issues, and ensure compliance
Prepare or oversee preparation of delinquent tax returns

Qualifications

Active Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or licensed Attorney
Proven experience in IRS tax resolution work
Direct experience dealing with IRS Revenue Officers strongly preferred
Strong understanding of IRS procedures and collections process
Ability to manage multiple cases independently
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Experience

Experience in high-volume tax resolution firms
Familiarity with IRS transcript analysis and compliance workflows
Experience handling complex or high-liability cases ($50K+)
