Full Job Description

Company Objective – At Liberty Landscape Supply, our goal is to be the best landscape supply company

in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia as measured by customer retention, satisfaction, overall

customer and organizational growth, and exceeding customer expectations every day.

Position Objective – The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing

events, promotions, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives. The right candidate will serve as

the primary point of coordination between internal teams, vendors, partners, and marketing resources

to ensure every event and community initiative is organized, well-promoted, and professionally

executed. Furthermore, this individual will integrate into the community at large with the strategic intent

of developing relationships, fostering awareness, and leveraging partnerships to foster growth.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:

Event Management

o Coordinate planning and execution of customer events, educational programs, grand

openings, and promotional campaigns.

o Manage timelines, logistics, vendors, permits, budgets, and event materials.

o Serve as the primary liaison between store teams, marketing, vendors, and community

partners.

o Ensure all promotional assets, signage, giveaways, and event materials are completed

on schedule.

o Develop post-event recaps, attendance reports, budgets, and recommendations for

future improvements.

Community Engagement

o Manage Liberty's sponsorships, donations, and community partnerships.

o Coordinate participation in community events, nonprofit initiatives, and local

organizations.

o Identify opportunities to increase Liberty's visibility and strengthen community

relationships.

o Maintain a calendar of sponsorships, outreach activities, and community events.

o Represent Liberty professionally at community functions as needed.

Internal Communications

o Build stronger relationships with teams at each location including bidirectional

communication channels, receive feedback and implement strategies impacting their

growth.

o Assist in the creation of social media content including posts, stories, reels, video and

more that increase followers, reach and engagement across brand’s social media

platforms, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

o Create and oversee brand signage and installation at various retail locations under the

direction of leadership.

o Support online reputation and serve as a customer experience advocate by responding

to online reviews, managing escalations and interacting directly with customers through

various digital channels.

Typically, this role will work 45 hours/week
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing coordination, community relations, or a

related field.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
Occasional evening and weekend availability for events.
Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Must be able to work both independently and as a team.
Must be comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback across various marketing

communication initiatives.

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple store locations across Northeast Florida

as needed.

Comfortable working in a shared-office environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
