Flagship Sales & Experience Manager

BONJIL | Madison Avenue, New York

Position Overview

Reports to: BONJIL Executive Leadership

Direct reports: Approximately 2 to 3 flagship sales associates

Location: Madison Avenue, New York

Work arrangement: Full time and onsite

Schedule: Availability to work weekends, selected holidays, and other hours required by flagship operations

Our Madison Avenue flagship will define the experience, culture, and standards for future locations. We are seeking a hands-on leader who wants to help build that foundation.

About the Role

The Flagship Sales & Experience Manager is responsible for leading the commercial performance, guest experience, and daily operations of BONJIL’s Madison Avenue flagship.

Working closely with executive leadership, this individual will translate BONJIL's vision into daily practice and help refine the standards that support future growth.

What You'll Do

Lead an Exceptional Guest Experience

Deliver a personalized luxury experience and guide each guest through the BONJIL Ritual with confidence and discretion.
Ensure every interaction reflects the warmth, care, and attention to detail expected of the brand.
Identify practical opportunities to improve the guest journey.
Build lasting relationships that encourage loyalty, advocacy, and repeat visits.

Lead and Develop the Team

Set clear expectations and lead the in store team through visible, active floor leadership.
Reinforce product knowledge, ritual standards, consultative selling, and store procedures through practical coaching.
Observe performance, provide timely feedback, and document agreed actions.
Ensure associates complete required onboarding and training.
Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, respect, and care.

Drive Sales and Business Performance

Own daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and the key measures that drive them, including conversion, average order value, units per transaction, consultations, repeat visits, and sales by associate.
Conduct daily huddles and communicate clear store and individual priorities.
Coach the approved discovery, consultation, recommendation, objection handling, closing, and clienteling process.
Review associate performance and address weak execution directly and constructively.
Provide executive leadership with accurate weekly performance reporting and actionable insights.

Oversee Daily Store Operations

Own opening and closing procedures, weekly scheduling, floor coverage, attendance, and timekeeping.
Maintain presentation, cleanliness, merchandising, product care, inventory, testers, samples, and store supplies.
Ensure guest records, consultation notes, and follow up commitments are accurate and current.
Use approved company systems and escalate employee relations, payroll, policy, or compliance concerns promptly.
Recommend operational improvements that strengthen execution without compromising the BONJIL experience.

Partner with Executive Leadership

Translate executive priorities into consistent daily execution.
Participate in weekly operating reviews and regular business discussions.
Provide frontline insights and recommendations supported by guest feedback and performance data.
Escalate material staffing, performance, or operational concerns promptly.

Preferred Qualifications

5 or more years of experience in luxury skincare, wellness, spa, beauty, or another premium service environment.
At least 2 years of direct responsibility for leading and coaching a customer facing team.
A record of delivering strong guest experience, store sales, clienteling, and employee performance.
Hands on experience with scheduling, inventory, store procedures, reporting, and floor leadership.
Experience in an entrepreneurial, emerging, or high growth brand environment.
Working knowledge of clienteling, CRM, scheduling, payroll, or retail reporting systems.
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in luxury skincare, beauty, or wellness.

Success is measured through both exceptional guest experience and strong commercial performance.

The team executes clear standards and improves through regular coaching and accountability.
The store meets its sales goals and shows progress in conversion, average order value, clienteling, and repeat visits.
Daily operations are reliable, and executive leadership receives accurate, actionable reporting.
The flagship becomes a strong, replicable expression of the BONJIL brand.

Compensation and Additional Benefits

Base salary: $95,000 - $145,000, based on relevant experience.
Eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary, subject to the terms of BONJIL's incentive plan and based on individual, store, and company performance.
