Full Job Description

Position: Front Desk Associate
Location: EverPresent
Type: Part-time (Saturday availability required)

Job Summary
EverPresent's Front Desk Associates play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients as they drop off or pick up their projects. Associates provide essential support to the Service Delivery and Client Teams in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while gaining valuable skills.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly, receive their orders, and assist them in starting their projects with EverPresent.
Maintain a tidy, organized, reception area that is always “client ready.”
Manage inbound client phone calls and provide assistance as needed.
Provide excellent customer including transitioning clients to more experienced team members when appropriate.
Perform administrative tasks using phones, CRM, and accounting systems to enhance the client experience.
Handle additional duties as needed, including: Assisting with order returns, Opening and processing mail-in client orders, Processing payments and maintaining accurate records for clients and leads and Creating and managing tickets in our system.

Qualifications
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills and Abilities:

Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
Demonstrate punctuality and ensure reliable transportation (personal or public).
Exhibit strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Proficiency with Windows-based computers; CRM system experience is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, coworkers, and the public.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Self-motivated, quick learner with a strong work ethic.
Prior experience in a similar work environment or office role is advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and thoroughly.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move items weighing 25–30 lbs.
Comfortable working in environments that may involve exposure to dust, mold, or mildew while handling or transporting old or damaged media such as film and photographs.
