Salary Range: $220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Current Property and Casualty insurance license for the state of Pennsylvania.

Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or client advisory roles.

Demonstrable history of managing a growing book of business.

Fluency in modern insurance management software and CRM platforms.

Strong interpersonal skills to foster lasting relationships with diverse client groups.

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain a portfolio of clients by providing customized insurance solutions that address their specific financial protection needs.

Engage with local Philadelphia businesses and families to identify gaps in their coverage and propose comprehensive policy adjustments.

Attend community events and networking sessions to build brand presence and support our local growth initiatives.

Navigate complex underwriting processes to ensure clients receive fair and accurate protection.

Monitor industry updates and changing regulations to keep our client recommendations current and effective.

Collaborate with the broader team to refine our sales processes and elevate the service standard we provide to our neighbors.
