Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Restoration Project Manager to lead and coordinate restoration projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of restoration efforts, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive janitorial and custodial experience, and a passion for managing teams in fast-paced environments. Duties

Lead and supervise restoration projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion while maintaining high-quality standards
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to develop project timelines, budgets, and scope of work
Oversee activities during restoration efforts to ensure compliance
Manage daily operations on-site, including supervising sub contractors
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and address any issues promptly
Train and mentor team members in best practices for invoices, material orders, maintaining budgets, scheduling and coordinating work for homeowners.
Maintain detailed project documentation including logs, incident reports, and progress updates

Requirements

Plan, execute, and close projects according to scope and deadlines
Develop project schedules and track progress
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors
Manage budgets, estimates, and cost controls
Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies
Identify risks and implement solutions proactively
Provide regular updates to homeowners and leadership
Project management software (e.g., Job Nimbus, Xactomate, Alacrity, Sedgewick, etc)
Budgeting and cost tracking
Scheduling and resource allocation
Contract and document management
Ability to read plans/estimates
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Problem-solving and decision-making
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
