Full Job Description

Experienced full time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine physician needed to join our team at Patient Care Now Urgent Care located in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. Candidate must have a valid Pennsylvania medical license and board certification/board eligibility. We are seeking a physician with urgent care experience who is interested in taking on a leadership role with dedicated administrative time and stipend. Initial part time employment is an option. The ideal candidate is able to:

Provide high-quality, evidence based care to patients in a busy urgent care setting.
Provide oversight to other providers to ensure exceptional clinical care, a high rate of compliance with processes and policies, and an educated and motivated staff.
Collaborate with practice leadership in the development of clinical protocols, safety initiatives, and operational improvements.
Passion for patient experience and patient centeredness is a must!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150.00 per hour
