Job Summary and Qualifications

The MRI Tech performs MRI, radiographic and special procedures at level not requiring supervision of technical detail, performing a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative.
The MRI Tech must be able to assists in specialty areas (ie. O.R., Invasive.)
Is capable of assuming full responsibility for one or more modalities in MRI and Radiology
Produces MRI exams and images, as well as radiographs in accordance with established standards
Positions, transfers and provides immobilization assistance as required

What qualifications you will need:

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
(ARRT-MR) Magnetic Resonance Imaging
(ARRT-R) Radiography
(RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer

HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital is a 250 plus-bed acute care facility accredited by the Joint Commission. Since 1983, HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital has provided quality care to the Treasure Coast community.
