Full Job Description

TVI is seeking a personable communicator to join our Support department. Candidates should be capable of communicating clearly via phone and email. We are looking for someone to fully manage marketing for multiple accounts. TVI is an automotive marketing company focusing on dealership service. Automotive and service knowledge is not required. This role will report to the Customer Support Manager.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Communicate directly with dealership management and service department leaders.
Coordinate requests for dealerships with the help of the sales and maintenance team.
Implement and manage changes for marketing campaigns.
Update marketing strategy by utilizing our internal processing programs to pull data and counts, then finalizing the updates once approved.
Assisting agents and dealership contacts with any help needed from our internal websites.
Creating and managing account access for dealers and the dealership contacts
Analyzing data and counts along with budgets to supply recommendations when needed.
Notify accounting when any change will incur a price increase or decrease for invoicing.
Assist with documentation and training of new team members.
Meet daily and monthly deadlines within the support team.
Proof and review direct mail for accuracy prior to print.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in support-based roles.
Comfortable setting and meeting short- and long-term goals
Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
Critical thinking and organizational skills are a must
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
Communicate clearly and effectively
Must be a team player to collaborate with others working on projects.
