MG Custom Inc. is looking for a motivated young person who wants to learn the craft of high-end custom cabinetry from experienced professionals.
You do not need cabinet experience. We can teach you the skills. What we can't teach is a strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in doing quality work.

What You'll Learn
Reading cabinet drawings and shop plans
Using professional woodworking equipment
Building high-end custom cabinetry
Cabinet assembly and installation
Fine woodworking techniques
Learning and participating in the finishing process, including preparation, sanding, staining, painting, and quality control
Understanding how craftsmanship and finishing work together to create a high-end finished product
Jobsite professionalism
How to become a skilled craftsman

Experience
No cabinet experience is required.
Experience with woodworking, construction, automotive work, farming, welding, or other hands-on skills is a plus—but the right attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

About MG Custom Inc.
MG Custom Inc. is a high-end custom cabinet manufacturer located in Johnsburg, Illinois. We design, build, finish, and install our own cabinetry for luxury residential projects throughout the Chicago area.
Our projects range from custom kitchens to complete luxury homes, with a focus on craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail.
We are currently located in Johnsburg, IL, and are planning a move to a larger facility in Genoa City, Wisconsin within the next year. This move will allow us to continue growing our cabinetry business and create more opportunities for our team.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us as we expand.
