What Makes Our Practice Different

This is not a typical oral surgery assisting position.

You'll work alongside specialists performing advanced implant surgery, bone grafting, full-arch rehabilitation, and IV sedation using modern technology including CBCT imaging, digital treatment planning, and robotic-assisted implant surgery.

Unlike most oral surgery practices, you'll have the opportunity to understand the complete implant journey—from surgical planning and implant placement through final restoration. Cross-training with our prosthodontic team provides a broader clinical perspective and opportunities to continue expanding your skills.

More importantly, you'll be surrounded by people who enjoy teaching, learning, and helping one another succeed.

You'll Succeed Here By

Assisting the oral surgeon during advanced surgical procedures
Preparing and maintaining a sterile surgical environment
Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment with confidence and compassion
Assisting with IV sedation workflows and patient monitoring (training provided as needed)
Taking high-quality digital imaging and CBCT scans
Maintaining efficient operatory turnover and instrument sterilization
Helping create a calm, organized, and positive experience for every patient

Oral surgery experience is preferred, but not required. If you have a strong dental assisting foundation and are excited to learn advanced surgical techniques, IV sedation, and implant workflows, we'd love to hear from you.
