Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Vehicle Title Clerk and become the essential link in ensuring smooth and accurate processing of vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced automotive environment, where your organizational skills and attention to detail will drive efficiency and compliance. As a vital part of our title operations, you'll manage title processing, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure adherence to state transportation regulations. Responsibilities:
As a Transaction Fees and Documents Auditor, you will be responsible for:

Reviewing document packages sent by clients for accuracy and completeness.
Analyzing a variety of automotive documents to determine the validity of transactions.
Calculating taxes and fees for transactions based on provided information.
Taking thorough and organized notes during the auditing process.
Solving problems and discrepancies related to transactions and documentation.
Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure precision in fee calculations and document assessment.
Collaborating with team members to address complex cases and ensure consistent decision-making.
Upholding our values of hard work, honesty, and respect in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position possesses:

Previous experience in auditing, accounting, or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills to accurately assess transaction documents and calculate fees.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent, accurate records.
Quick learning ability to grasp complex regulations and requirements related to automotive transactions.
Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies and challenges.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
A strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile, especially in a fast-paced start-up environment.
A positive attitude and adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
