Now Hiring: Outside Sales Representative (Remote – New York State)

Industry: Design-Driven Wholesale (Home, Gift, Lifestyle & Kids)

Employment: Full-Time | Commission-Based

Location: Remote — Applicants must reside in New York State Or New Jersey

About the Role

We’re excited to welcome a passionate and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to our growing team! In this fully remote position, you’ll manage and expand our customer base throughout New York State, representing a beautifully curated portfolio of lifestyle, home, gift, and kids’ brands to independent retailers and online shops.

If you love discovering great products, hitting the road, and building meaningful relationships with small businesses, this role was made for you.

What You’ll Do

Own & Grow the Territory

Manage an existing account base across New York State
Build strong relationships with new and long-standing retail partners

Be Out in the Field

Travel regularly to meet store owners and buyers — this role thrives on in-person connection

Find New Business

Prospect and reach out to potential new accounts
Research retailers who would be a great match for our brands

Partner With Retailers

Support stores with merchandising, product selection, and sales strategies

Shine at Trade Shows

Attend major trade shows in New York and Atlanta twice a year (Jan/Feb & Jul/Aug)
All travel and lodging expenses are covered

Who You Are

Sales-Driven: You have experience in sales — especially territory management and cold outreach
Independent: You’re organized, focused, and confident managing your own schedule
Relationship-Oriented: You genuinely love connecting with retailers and helping them grow
Trend-Savvy: You stay tuned into what’s new and exciting in home, gift, & lifestyle design
Professional & Positive: You bring enthusiasm, polish, and reliability to every interaction

Requirements

Must live in New York State or New Jersey
Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Comfortable being a “road warrior” — frequent in-person visits
Existing relationships with independent retailers are a strong plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Slack, Excel, and Google Sheets

Compensation & Perks

Commission-only, with high earning potential for motivated reps
