Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Latrobe, PA. This role supports a busy administrative, mailroom, and records management environment with rotating responsibilities across shipping, reception, and document imaging.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable supporting internal customers across a multi-campus facility. The team values cross-training, collaboration, and a customer-first approach, creating a supportive environment where employees can build skills, contribute to daily operations, and work closely with helpful coworkers and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Rotate through shipping, reception, and imaging functions to support daily mailroom, records, and administrative operations.
Receive inbound accountable items, maintain accurate records, and track supply deliveries from warehouse areas.
Process regular Post Office mail and prepare small package shipments through UPS.
Support reception-related duties including copy production, security badge printing, safety sign printing, and records retention tasks.
Prep, scan, and index high-volume documents.
Assist with supply inventories, production support, mail delivery, and distribution across a multi-campus facility.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $20 per hour.
Job type: Temp-to-hire.
Location: Latrobe, PA.
